A maintenance plan schedules preventive work on an asset every N days — lubrication, inspections, filter changes. Due plans generate work orders automatically.

Create the plan
Asset, name, interval in days, the task description (what the technician must do), priority and the first due date.
Generate the work orders
Generate due work orders creates a preventive work order for every plan whose next due date has arrived and moves the plan's next due date forward by its interval. Your administrator can also run this daily.
